Our staff work with commitment and dedication to our products and understand the essential importance of its PROVENANCE and the necessity to maintain our continuity of quality throughout the year. All our meat is correctly hung for maturation to give it the taste, and tenderness required. It is imperative that only the highest quality meat is sent to our customers. They are also well aware of the positive advantages of good presentation of our products and the need to maintain good hygiene standards throughout.
All our produce is locally sourced and produced from our farms and our neighbours farms, and is entirely free range.
Dedicated to Increasing Knowledge
Selected choice lamb in our chiller storage We are totally dedicated to increasing peoples’ knowledge about the enormous part farmers and the countryside play in producing quality British food. Over the year we arrange visits to our farms and the abattoir to enable London chefs and ‘foodies’ to appreciate what we do and how ultimately we are able to benefit the environment. We take them up into the hills to learn the different types of shepherding and to see Welsh stock in their natural surroundings.

Staff processing orders for shipment to some of London's top restaurantsIn 2014 we made a further commitment to quality control chain by opening our own dedicated processing facility. This new facility means that our staff can now totally control every step of the process from selection and storage to preparation and delivery customer. This new facility enables our staff to manage every order in the bespoke manner we desire by specially selecting and processing the order precisely to the client chef needs.
